Thriving in an Uncertain World
A few months ago, my friend and colleague, Liz, said to me that she was tired of living in fear. She was tired of trying to get her three kids to sit in front of their laptops taking turns trying to learn a Waldorf curriculum through the internet (an oxymoron in itself!). She was tired of trying to negotiate social distanced playdates to keep her kids from going cuckoo.
She and her husband sat down for a real discussion and some brain storming. They realized that this "new normal" didn't have to be their normal. They both had online businesses. They didn't need to stay tethered to the suburbs where things were just not working for their family. Instead of waiting around for "the other shoe to drop," they made up their minds to hit the open road and become "roadschoolers."
It's so interesting what happens when you make a clear decision... Within days a Class A RV became available for sale in their area. They are now travelling North America and Roadschooling digital nomads. Whatever is going on in your life, you do not have to stay stuck. Solutions abound. Stay tuned to our page as we share how average (but maybe somewhat rebelious) parents and families are ditching the status quo and creating their own lives WITH INTENTION.
